The International Nanny Association (INA) is the original umbrella organization for the in-home child care industry. INA provides networking and professional growth opportunities, access to educational resources and legislative updates, professional business tools for your agency and a wealth of information for agency owners and their staff members. Whether you are a new agency owner or an experienced "veteran" in the industry, there is something for everyone in the INA.

The INA encourages all agencies who are committed to providing quality service and will agree to uphold the INA Commitment to Professional Excellence to join our association.     • Nominate him or her for the INA Nanny of the Year (NOTY) Award. The NOTY award is presented annually by INA to recognize the personal achievements of a working nanny. The INA nanny member selected will serve as an example of the best kind of nanny and will represent a positive role model for the in-home child care industry and our association.
